Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation. By booking a stay at Citichic Sukhumvit 13, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
1. Reservations & Bookings
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as required at the time of booking. Citichic Sukhumvit 13 reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Room availability is subject to change without notice.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is 12:00 (12:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit at check-in.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate type and booking channel. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation will be stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the full amount of the first night or the total booking value, as specified in your rate's terms. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash payments in Thai Baht are accepted at the property. Charges may be applied in THB; currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer. All transactions are processed securely and card details are not stored beyond the transaction period.
5. Hotel Policies
Citichic Sukhumvit 13 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms, corridors, and common areas. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Guests are expected to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests and to comply with all reasonable requests made by hotel staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these policies.
6. Facilities & Amenities
Access to hotel facilities including the rooftop pool, fitness centre, and common areas is subject to posted hours of operation and applicable rules. The hotel reserves the right to restrict or close any facility temporarily without prior notice due to maintenance, safety, or other operational requirements. Use of facilities is at the guest's own risk.
7. Liability
Citichic Sukhumvit 13 and its management company, Compass Hospitality Group, are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or request safe-keeping at the front desk for valuables. The hotel's liability for any claim is limited to the total value of the guest's stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Modifications to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking governs your stay. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to a stay at Citichic Sukhumvit 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
